Cox and Co Salon Policies
We understand that sometimes you have to cancel an appointment. Please give us at least 48 hours notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost of your service or treatment will be charged. We should have your mobile number in our online booking system so you will receive a text message 2 days before your appointment, so if it has slipped your mind or you can’t make it, this gives you the nudge to ring us to cancel. It is very difficult to fill appointments at late notice, but if we do we will not keep your booking fee. If you do need to cancel, please give us a call or use on online booking system. Please don’t text, email or put a message on social media.
All colours require a skin test minimum of 48 hours before colour service. If you haven’t had a colour service with us in the last 6 months this also applies. Unfortunately due to insurance we are unable to colour anyone under the age of 16.
